Angus Prime Rib served with au jus, horseradish and Dijon mustard

Roasted leg of lamb with a fresh herb and Dijon rub served with mint sauce

Baked Salmon fillets served with a burnt orange beurre blanc

Toasted peppercorn and cumin pork tenderloin finished with a creamy djion sauce

Each package includes basic tableware which consist of a dinner and dessert plate, stemmed water glass, wine glass, coffee mug and all necessary flatware. We also provide a white linen napkin for each guest and a stainless steel water pitcher for each table

 

If you require any additional tableware to what is included a seperate quote can be arranged.

        Penne pasta primavera with roasted vegetables and your choice of tomato basil or creamy white sauce

       

        3 Cheese meat lasagne

         

        Vegetarian lasagne topped with a creamy béchamel 

        Wild mushroom and mascarpone ravioli with a tomato basil sauce 

        Creamy pesto farfalle

All the above packages come with the following sides, salads, crudités with a fresh creamy dill dip and an assortment of fresh rolls with whipped butter.
